The HBA’s signature event, the Parade of Homes, is the premier home tour of the Pikes Peak region. Each year, this celebrated showcase highlights the newest trends, technology, and design in residential construction—bringing together the exceptional talent of local builders, interior designers, craftsmen, and landscape architects. Featuring more than two dozen new homes from a wide mix of builders, the Parade gives the public over two weeks to explore incredible neighborhoods throughout El Paso County. No other event offers such a wide range of styles, features, and amenities—from attainable living to true luxury—giving current and future homeowners an inside look at what’s possible. The Parade will be Friday, September11, 2026 through Sunday, September 27, 2026; homes are open 10 AM – 6 PM, closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Builder contracts will be sent through Docusign by the HBA and are due May 6, 2026.
